A tradition of food and fellowship

Presented by: V Clark on June 15, 2015.

WNC Freedom Center’s congregation enjoys a time of fellowship over a luncheon following the Morning Service every second Sunday of the month.  Everyone is invited to attend and fellowship with us.  If you bring a dish of food, all the better. A portion of the main area is converted into a dining hall and we all sit in a clustered arrangement of folding tables.

The Hospitality Team warms the food and labels it for easier identification.  Today we enjoyed a wide selection of dishes: salad, mashed potatoes, creamed corn, home-grown green beans, small sandwiches, bean salad, meatloaf, broccoli casserole, roast beef, cake, and watermelon.

Pastor Donna and Pastor Lynden join in fellowship and share our repast with us.

From the first bite, the conversation and fellowship was very enjoyable.  Pastor Vickie and husband Mike sat at our table.
