Exodus 3:7 New King James Version (NKJV)
And the Lord said: “I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows.
Today God knows where you are and he knows your suffering. He says, “I’m gonna lead you out.” He wants you to come out and be free.
Genesis 9:22 New King James Version (NKJV)
And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brothers outside.
The descendants of Ham became the tribes that were to be displaced by the children of Israel in the land that God gave to Abraham. Noah blessed the Lord and cursed Canaan because of the sin of Ham.
